1.Acceptance of terms

By using Evronelle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 23 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must be legally single.

3.Service description

Evronelle provides a private, human curated matchmaking and introductions service. We facilitate blind introductions based on preferences and internal judgment. We do not guarantee romantic success, compatibility, or outcomes.

We are responsible only for making an introduction. Anything that happens during or after a meeting is entirely between the individuals involved.

We may create and share written summaries of user profiles with potential matches. These summaries never include contact details, addresses, or photographs unless both parties consent.

4.User responsibilities

You agree to

Provide truthful and accurate information
Not impersonate or mislead
Not use the service for hookups, scams, or illegal activity
Respect other users

5.Privacy

Your use of Evronelle is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6.Content

By submitting any content, you grant Evronelle a limited license to use it internally to provide the service.

Evronelle does not guarantee compatibility, marriage, or outcomes
We are not responsible for user behavior
We may refuse service to anyone for any reason

8.Payments and refunds

Payment is required before any date is scheduled.
No refund is issued once a date has taken place.
Refunds may be issued only if a meet does not occur due to internal disqualification or inability to schedule.
Rescheduling or changes by another user do not create a refund right.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.

10.Liability limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evronelle is not liable for any damages arising from interactions between users.

11.Verification disclaimer

We do not conduct background checks or ID verification. Users must use discretion.

12.Communication consent

By using Evronelle, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or SMS.

13.Matching attempts

No guaranteed number of matches is promised.

14.Force majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
