How are matches selected?
Matches are selected through a human-led review process, not algorithms.
We look at intent, values, lifestyle alignment, and long-term compatibility, not surface traits alone. Each introduction is curated individually, with the aim of quality over quantity.
Can I share preferences or non-negotiables?
Yes.
You are encouraged to share preferences and non-negotiables that genuinely matter to you. These are taken seriously during curation, but they are considered alongside intent, compatibility, and practicality, not treated as rigid filters.
What should I expect from the first introduction?
The first introduction is a calm, neutral meeting in a public setting.
It is designed to help both people get a real sense of each other, without pressure or expectation. The goal is not instant chemistry, but an honest, grounded first interaction.
Who handles the logistics for the meeting?
We do.
Evronelle coordinates the time and location for the introduction. You simply show up. This allows the meeting to remain focused, private, and free from unnecessary back-and-forth.
After the introduction
What happens if the first meeting does not feel right?
Not every introduction will lead to a connection, and that is expected.
If the meeting does not feel right, you are not obligated to continue. We take feedback into account and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up introduction. The focus remains on long-term alignment, not forcing outcomes.
Do you guarantee a successful match?
No.
Evronelle does not guarantee chemistry or outcomes. What we do guarantee is a thoughtful, human-led curation process grounded in intent, values, and compatibility. The decision to move forward always rests with both individuals.
Is there a refund if I do not like the match?
No refunds are offered.
Each introduction involves time, effort, and preparation on our side. However, feedback is taken seriously, and in certain cases a follow-up introduction may be offered at a reduced fee.
What happens after a successful first meeting?
If both of you feel aligned, you are free to continue independently.
Evronelle does not insert itself into ongoing connections. Our role is to make the introduction. What follows is entirely between the two of you.

Once an application is accepted, the time to an introduction depends on availability, alignment, and suitability. We do not rush matches to meet arbitrary timelines.
